Billionaire Wu may appears to be a charitable man, but he is actually one of the most notorious illegal traders. To catch this philanthropist in disguise, detective Kao tries various schemes, only to be met with defeat. But when Kao discovers that a team of brother and sister assassins is going after Wu\'s life, Kao decides to use their service and help him arrest Wu.
